Well it’s that time of the month again and with only 4 ½ months to go things are starting to get really exciting! Some of the guests that are not staying in Loxley’s onsite accommodation have already started booking their accommodation in and around the Richmond area and the final preparations for the wedding are underway.

Good news! Because Tim and I, at this stage of the wedding planning, are pretty much on top of things, the only things we had to do this month was to meet with our photographer for the last time before the wedding and I had another wedding dress fitting. How good is that?

So first off, we met with our photographer to discuss the timings/schedule for the day and we also discussed what type of photos we would like taken on the day. The meeting was a success and with all the timings sorted, it has given us a clearer picture of how the day will pan out. Usually all the other service providers like our videographer and even the makeup artist all work around our photographer on the day so this is why we needed to meet with our photographer first.

My wedding dress fitting was exciting! This time around, I have added some things to the dress and also taken a few things off, but I am not going to go into any detail here because I don’t want to give too much away, but I was very excited to try the dress on again, I love my dress.

So overall, other then our meeting with our photographer and my wedding dress fitting, Tim and I just took some much needed time to ourselves, which I think is important. We were asked however to decide on a few things for our wedding invitations and some other details regarding our honeymoon, but other then that, nothing too dramatic.
