I haven't had a huge weight loss of late only 2.1kgs for the month, but i'm still happy. I have a little longer to do this, so i'm going slow. Slow and steady wins the race so they say.
My dress is ready for fittings in January, I can't wait! I have had a little trouble fitting in my exercise program as I have been extremely busy at work and the weather has been terrible. I'm hoping now that it is starting to warm up and with day light savings starting soon I will be able to increase my excerise. I'll keep you posted!

Ouch, is all I can really say. I've been using the fitness program with the Ultra-Slim shakes and I hurt. I've discovered muscles I never knew I had. Even my toes hurt!!!!! But i'm feeling good.
I measured myself today and have found out that I have lost several centimetres from my waist, thighs and upper arms. Yay for me! My weight loss for the fortnight was only 1kg, but I'm not discouraged. I figure that I'm probably gaining muscle and toning!!!! My clothes feel more comfortable, and I sleep better too.
I was struggling to find time to exercise but I forced myself. Now I enjoy it and look forward to it. I've found I need less sleep and I'm more happy and awake in the mornings.

I was pretty
surprised at the taste of the various shakes. They are delish! I have
struggled to not eat in between meals though. It was especially hard
when I was at work, I found that I got tired and cranky, however it is
slowly starting to improve.
